Who We Are

Our Practice

We are a solution focused counseling practice that helps teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, addiction, life transitions and more. We also work with LGBTQ, and couples (premarital and beyond).  We focus on supporting your strengths so you can achieve your therapy goals.

Our Treatment Focus

Our focus is to empower individuals and couples to heal, motivate, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe space for you to express your concerns, discover what makes you strong, and use those strengths to realize your full potential.

Our Client Promise

We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. We will help you learn new ways of coping, to grow from your experiences, and to heal from those who have hurt you. Our focus is empowering you to achieve your goals and supporting you while you practice sustaining those achievements.

Our Therapy

Depression, Anxiety & Life Transitions

Depression and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Often times these feelings come from life transitions of the past or present. Shore Counseling will help you recover motivation, perspective, and discover a healthier, stronger you.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger from post traumatic events. Shore Counseling can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing.

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with a focus on learning individual needs, the needs of the relationship, nurturing the emotional connection, and keeping the passion alive.
